They consider shorter length stories of between 15,000 and 50,000 words, genre novels between 50,000 and 100,000 words, as well as longer mss of over 100,000 words.

Payment is royalty based.

Non-fiction anthologies

Dream of Things is currently accepting creative non-fiction stories on 15 different topics for their anthologies.

They buy one-time rights and pay various royalties - 15% on hardback books, 10% on trade paperback books, and 20-40% on electronic books - each author’s share being based on word count: for example a 2,000-word story included in a 40,000-word book, will receive 5% of the royalties for that book.
